Case two: She refuses to take any accountability for her actions. She didn't even try to apologize to him.

Women don't have to worry about whether the child is theirs or not, and can't ever fully understand the pain of uncertain paternity. They act like their behavior/sleeping with other people has zero effect on the men and their paternity.

I have 4 kids, never had a paternity question, it baffles me how you could not know, to even put yourself in that situation. I think paternity testing should be mandatory, even if youre married, this scares me for my son one day.

My kids, have 4 were on Toddler Formula until 36 months, provides extra nutrition, not unusual in my opinion. We called it "special milk", drank it from a cup.

In that first one the judge messed up dismissing the stroller. Anything purchased under the presumption of him being a father is paternity fraud. Not a "gift" out of the kindness of his heart but a perceived responsibility to the child.
The defendant admited in court that it was a gift since he has paternity doubt. In law, gift cannot returned or refunded. If he had provided with the proof of purchase and said it was part of his support, then the cost of the stroller would have been added to the child maintenance cost.
When you make claim in court, you have to come up with proof, otherwise your claim is rejected.

@@jenchristelleI'm sure the laws vary from place to place, but my grandparents gifted me a house. After my grandfather passed away, my grandmother tried to go to court to take it back before she dropped the case. But there's a precedent for that, and it's written in the civil code that a gift can be revoked in the case of ingratitude. 🙄

It annoys me that the court never acknowledges that the length of the pregnancy does not begins at conception, it begins on the first day of your last period.
Last case is the reason why they won’t pass a bill to make it mandatory for a DNA test before you can put your name on the birth certificate. The only guarantee we know is the parent is the mother. It’s a real fear for men to put their name on that paperwork.
They won't EVER make mandatory paternity testing because the State doesn't want to pay to raise Chad, Tyrone, or Jose's illegitimate child. They'd rather pin it on some sucker if they can, and in many states if the paternity fraud is caught AFTER two years the only way to get out of child support is if the BIO father is found AND legally applies for his custody/visitation rights and takes on the child support payments...and the man who was ROBBED by the trifling woman has no right to sue for reimbursement from the unfaithful lying woman or the other man. Is what it is. Paternity fraud will never be a crime either because throwing momma tha community bicycle into prison would only hurt the child/children AND make the state responsible for their care(foster care/wards of the state).
In England and France it's a crime to do a DNA Paternity Test without the mother's consent, ain't that something?

This is why it’s so important to get DNA testing done immediately. So the biological father can start taking care of business immediately, and so another man doesn’t fall in love with the child. It’s not fair to anybody. Particularly to the child.
2nd case: Plaintiff is a FRAUD, she KNEW….
First case, it was OBVIOUS the "other guy she just kissed" did more than kiss her...he was WAY too invested at staring at Judge Lake for the results to only given her a "kiss". If he was SOOOOO innocent, he would have been just leaned back chilling with a smirk on his face if he didn't sleep with the guy's girlfriend. She said it was just a "kiss"...it is called "trickle truth" people...eventually it will be "I fell on him accidentally after a small tornado blew both our clothes off inside his house and it popped right in there".

I don't understand why they have to wait for the results in case 1 for the mother's lawsuit. Regardless of he is the bio father, he signed the papers, acknowledging he is the legal father, and therefore he is legally required to provide for the child. Until he gets that removed, he needs to pay for half of the cost.

You cannot find out you're pregnant at a week! You can have suspicions, even symptoms, but you absolutely cannot have it confirmed after a week!
You can’t have symptoms either lol. Women don’t conceive until the 2nd week of their cycle. When we find out at “4 weeks pregnant “ we really have only been pregnant for 2 weeks. What the doctor probably told him what that she CONCEIVED about a week and a half before.
