Your videos were the biggest influence which got me into wet shaving with safety razors at 23 and although I primarily use an AC/SE razor, I always enjoy your content regardless! Merry Christmas, Sinatra! The head on the winning razor looks an awfully lot like the head on the Henson AL-13. The angle on these razors is very shallow, compared to normal DE razors and I’ve been having a hard time getting a good shave with the Henson, maybe I should try using the shallow angle that you used in this video!

I'd love to see you make a video reviewing it cuz I personally think it's pretty good (it's the only safety razor I've ever used; I don't have much to compare it to, lol 😂)

Great shave. I just got the Yates Merica razor, and it does a great job so much that I ordered the 921M and a Merica in Brass. One nice thing about their site is you can See exactly where your order is in the system. Right now they have a huge number of orders in their queue waiting to be made. I tried to get the Winning razor when it came in stock but, it was gone before I could order. Yes it is stainless steel. Have a great holiday. 👍🎅🎄

I have a Winning Razor and it's excellent. Shaves very close and very smooth. Because of the weight I handle it a bit differently than I normally do, but the results make me look forward to shaving the next morning.
If you are looking for a new razor, this is a superb choice.

I thought I recognized that bathroom! I was a film student at UT and shot a scene for a short film in a bathroom like that on campus. When you mentioned UT it all made sense for me 😆

After seeing your video on Williams shave soap, I have 3 of them in the box, unopened I got from my mom when my dad passed. They don’t have the URL on the front of the box, any idea how I can tell how old they are without opening the package?
I also have 3 unopened Williams soaps, the discontinued ones. I assume there are collectors who would like to have one for display.
Looks like they copied Henson on the head. Which is good because my Ti-22 is my all around favorite.

The only similarity is that the top cap has a flat, angled surface rather than the traditional rounded surface.
I want this razor. How is the aggressiveness compared to Merkur 34C? Or, what plate would be similar when compared to Rockwell 6C?
Hmmm…it’s its own thing. That’s the best I can say. All different. The 34c bored me.

We're all imitating the early Gillette safety razors.
I had all 3 Henson razors, (mild, medium and aggressive), and after getting the Yates Winning V2 I sold the Hensons. The shave quality of the Winning V2 is far superior to the Hensons in my opinion. Its like night and day how much better it shaves.
