Lori Favela there are so many ways to approach this with oils. you could make a spray with fewer ingredients and probably be just as effective. the great thing about oils is that you can use them in so many other ways and they'll last forever if you keep in the fridge. the best thing I use for hair regrowth is taking a biotin supplement but it doesn't help with hair loss, just hair regrowth.

prob as much as you want..its just onion..i put some on a few hours ago..i plan on just leaving it on...you can also just rub the onion on, after you cut it...you can also put the onion juice in shampoo..its uses are endless.

Lori Favela there are so many ways to approach this with oils. you could make a spray with fewer ingredients and probably be just as effective. the great thing about oils is that you can use them in so many other ways and they'll last forever if you keep in the fridge. the best thing I use for hair regrowth is taking a biotin supplement but it doesn't help with hair loss, just hair regrowth.
