I bought one recently (€535 in France), I like it a lot and it seems very well suited to my needs (reliability, stability, performance, sobriety). The scooter climbs very easily to 25km/h even uphill and despite the battery draining, the battery lasts around 38-40kms with 20% remaining, it is rather comfortable despite the lack of suspension (but in gravel and holes it is less comfortable) . I would like more information on the interior components because I can't take mine apart because of the warranty tapes. If you would like information do not hesitate if I can help in exchange
Thank you for the video it’s very interesting you are talented, can’t wait for a disassembly video on this 4 pro 2nd gen 😁
Hiya. Thank you for your detailed comment. I would love to check internals myself too, and as soon as I manage to get my hands on it, I will take it apart.
I dont understand how even xiaomi can copy the g30. Its so similar. Even the motor looks like the new G2 motor. I seriously wonder whether they 3D scanned the design and just changed some things.
Xiaomi and Ninebot-Segway are part of same group. Ninebot is actually making some parts for Xiaomi. Xiaomi 4 ultra looks exactly like Nave S65C and its made in Navee factory. Navee first released S65 with geared motor and then Xiaomi released 4 ultra that is made in Navee factory and then Navee released S65C that is exactly the same as Xiaomi Ultra.
I saw some one riding and i thought it was ninebot but after coming closer it was xiaomi 😅😅😅
I own this scooter. The body of the scooter is completely steel. The lower part of the frame and the bottom cover are also steel. The battery and controller are suspended inside from the top of the case. The mileage in real conditions is 38 kilometers in S mode with a rider weighing 83 kilograms. In D mode, the range is 40 kilometers with a rider weighing 83 kilograms. There is no longer a connector for the brake light cable under the rear mudguard, it was removed and now the cable goes into the deck, now it will not become clogged with dirt. The bottom cover of the deck, as well as the deck itself, are not waterproofed; moreover, the deck has holes in the front for water drainage.
Thank you so much for all the information provided.
Thank you very much for the very useful information! 👍 I also have a 4 pro 2nd gen but I can't open it because of the warranty bands 😓 Do you know if the controller is sealed with a waterproof coating? How is the battery? (enclosed in a metal box? Sealed and waterproof?) and do you think the scooter will be able to survive light rain while riding over the years? Or do we need to seal a few places of the deck? I bought a silicone cover for the display, I hope this will be enough to protect from the rain . Thanks in advance ✌️
This scooter bigger than max ) But smaller than G2 Max
Does it have ferry mode?
G30 100% haha.
I think that Ninebots are better then Xiaomi. My first place for budget scooters is Segway Ninebot and nothing under G30. Everything smaller then G30 is like a toy for me. Charging port position is not that important as long as it seals good. Ninebot max has a buil in charger with very good sealing on the cap and thats a big pro.
The xiaomi charging connectors tend to get worn out and the sealing cap is a joke. (Water can get in)
Selfhealing tyres are a must have. Pay a bit more and have less headache.
Some repair shops do not recomend the best scooters because they live of repairing then ;)
If nothing breaks it's bad for the business.. 😂
I agree with you that probably at the moment Ninebot Max G2 is the best commuter eScooter on the market. Juat tested its suspension yesterday and I was surprised how smooth it is. Regarding shops not recommending good eScooters I can also agree. Kugoos and other rubbish is being sold a lot and it's actually killing industry.
Curious about the price of the new models
Same here. Wonder what the battery life/range is?
Range probably around 25-30km.
@@gtone339i have one ( 4 pro 2nd gen ) . First charge 38,8kms with S mode 20% battery left ( but im not heavy ≈60kgs ) mostly straight roads
It looks like one of the ninebot F series. Forza Italia
Hello, do you now the motor torque ?
Im sorry but I didnt find that data on their website.
Well, thanks for your answer. I ask you because it still be better than the Ninebot F2pro but is it really ? IS the G2 max pro justified 150€ more ?
@@steve-132 thanks a lot.
I was looking for a review on this scooter, and instead I get some bald macaroni dude who doesn't even own it. What a load of BS. Remove your video.
At the time of recording most shops didn't even have them on sale. It's been only released. It's just my opinion video.
