Like Banana Island of Lagos? Well, I dont know about that. However, a nice architecture but disappointingly no green landscape or enough space around the property.
I love the setup, the roofing is exactly what i intentioned for my retirement home. I wont mind if i can get a copy of the drawings for a fee. Love it.

Impressive, very much so, and I am smitten. And this is Ibadan, yes?. I am an American of Nigerian extraction of course, not for the life of me would I have imagined such a lovely developments like this outside of the typical highbrow cities like Lagos and Abuja. And with spacious layouts and nicely appointed to boot. When next I breeze into town, Nigeria, that is, I will definitely take a peek into Ibadan and see what's up. Who knows.

I'm planning on starting something in Ibadan that was how my search for a building in estate brought me to ur videos
I expected a price tag of 100-120m then I can use 15-20m to furnish it, but after hearing him mentioned 170m I laughed because my home in lekki that's even furnished I got for 140m
