I recommend hoverbike or muscle car. I given my very best using muscle car and managed to finish in less than 40s😅

I may have said it wrong, but what I mean is the 4 main parts (like acceleration, downforce, fuel etc) must be level 10. You are free to use any other parts like wings for example
