    I studied Ground Water engineering in My Master degree in Hydraulics & Water Resources during 1983. Those day a book by Todd is a popular one .

    Sir I want to work with an idea of artifically create an aquafir in the mountain areas where there is mostly metamorphiic and igneous rocks (sub himalaiyan region) some part of kashmir pakistan. Because of issues of drinkable water not available for people. Due to population spring water is not sufficient for future need. Could you suggest me something regarding this?

    How to become hydrogeology is there any certificate of hydrogeologist Or ground water exploration

    • @OkstateWaterCenter
      @OkstateWaterCenter  Před 3 lety

      Hi Muddasir! We love to see your interest in groundwater work. To become a hydrogeologist, you typically need a four-year degree. There are numerous field options that involve groundwater exploration, such as environmental scientists/engineers, hydrologists, groundwater specialists, etc. Oklahoma State University offers many of these options - we highly suggest looking into it!

    well explained.
    After studying hydrology, According to you what can be the predicted area that needs ground water to balance recharge and discharge?
