My local mall....just down the road from Kwesimintsim. Even now plenty of empty retail shops in the mall, guess rents are very high, only really Shoprite and Stanbic of any value there. Where is the Melcom??? Could have done a lot better

For me am not impressed it look like an ordinary work shop. Because of corruption. And also to the interviewer pls next time interview them in fante language and forget about English. Ahh

A comparison with the plush Kumasi and Accra Malls, leaves the Takoradi Mall a VILLAGE MALL ! WHAT WRONG DID WE DO IN TAKORADI ? THE TAKORADI AND WESTERN PEOPLE DESERVE BETTER ! So we couldn't have storied buildings, excalators etc like the others ? What's the difference between this so called mall and the Market Circle if ROOFED ? WE DESERVE BETTER ! This is an embarrassment ! Sadly, most of the interviewees haven't visited any plush malls before, and can't do any great comparisons ! @GameDroid Advance my brother even if the land is too small u can build skyscraper (tower) it doesn't matter the size of the land,build tower for better development.
