This game is dead. Gearbox formula is buff guns so they are completely inbalanced, the actual gameplay of killing the bosses or farming hasnt changed and it is disgusting to see them ripoff people like this, "new best moze build" like who fucking cares i dont want to kill graveward or maliwan takedown anymore

Just ran through maliwan takedown on m11 with this build, didn't have the consecutive hits annoints though. First time through it above M8.
@Prabhjit Dhillon I did, tried the flash freeze Zane build posted by Chadly. Wasn't really impressive, bossing dmg wasn't great either. Try Moze bloodletter launcher build with o.m shield to feel true brokenness. 1 shot map wipe and bosses. You can fire 1-2 Plaguebearer, run to end of the map and watch everything die.
@Prabhjit Dhillon Not really, I ran in the middle of 3rd area in true maliwan takedown and never went down. CMT kept regening my hp like crazy. Even if you do go down with Moze, the Plaguebearer orbs flying everywhere will instantly bring you up lol. Yes, you can keep spamming frozen novas but they won't outdamage/outspeed a Plaguebearer's map wiping. Plus like I said, bossing dmg isn't great. I mean 1 Plaguebearer orb can take out a boss/immune phase. Smaller hp bosses like Traunt requires only a "sub-orb" lol. Whereas Zane has to rely on crit spots to do 1 shotting etc. No offense but comparing Zane to Moze is like heaven and earth.
Gosh, I LOVE that noise the noise the Boogeyman makes, it's so satisfying.
You never hear it because most e-tech snipers are awful.

@@TJO1733 either they mean the arms race dlc, but if they mean the mayhem 11 then it didn't make it harder since it just took away all the modifiers
I think Mayhem mode should have modifiers, and they should bring back something like Overpowered, where you get the difficulty increase without the crazy laser beams and shit.

I like iron Cub, mostly because I don't have to wait the 20+ seconds to watch Moze climb in and exit Iron Bear, which really kills my fun.
the artifact (pearl of knowlage) is a DLC2 quest reward

I play on a base Xbox One and I can't wait to play on the Series X, these builds are always great, but farming anything on a console that loads everything at the speed of a potato is the worst.

Yeah i hope some of these guns get nerfed. I mean whats the point of using any weapon when you easily can get a sniper with unlimited ammo no recoil and crazy dps. Don't get me wrong i really like bl3 and balancing any game is very hard but i just feel that when everything is op then gameplay is kinda boring

I’ve managed to get the full build of this on Xbox! And it does do a lot of damage... well 75% as much as his.
Some of his stuff matches the video, some of the stuff is slightly worse but I’ve got a few that are even stronger than what’s listed here

Nice video but I would significantly more weight towards Scrappy and Rushin' Offensive. Max those out for a Zane speed/damage effect that is huge. Use something like a Flipper and sprint towards enemies while firing. Makes a large difference. Very worth the points.

Blood-Starved Beast is a solid smg for this build, I run a similar one with it and it have good performance.

i havent played the game in months and dont plan on buying the newest dlc until its on sale but im glad to know that when i come back to play dlc 4 my current moze build will work exactly the same lmao
I npw believe that gearbox will either
1. Nerf the arms race weapons
2. Introduce mayhem 12-15 maybe and work their way through buffing all the guns that couldn’t keep up with the scaling for the new mayhem mods
There are no new mayhem modifiers and they clearly are making guns viable for mayhem 10 with their over 20 different weapon buffs and these weapons won’t be nerfed they’re balanced strong look at the flipper and light show many of these guns can be compared to those
I must say, i had a similiar build and then you came Joltz and knocked it out of the park.
Definitly have to grind Arms race out for the Consecutive Hit anoint. It just avoids me like hell

Hey Joltz, I trust your knowledge on all things Borderlands and I’m desperate to know something. So I just upgraded to the PS5 version, I have all my ps4 saves ready to go but problem is, you can’t load ps4 saves into the PS5 version of the game (they just don’t show up) and the “upload and download” save system is GARBAGE 🗑 only lets you carry over one character at a time and when you wanna switch, you have to upload the character from the ps4 version, download it to the PS5 version and then that’s your only character... oooooof any help here Joltz??

Just replicated this build minus the nade using hot spring and wow it's fun go down way less and can mob and boss equally a tad OP but it's so fun for Takedowns and Shafts...gonna run DLC 4 with it...

Need to find a build where both iron cub and moze does allot of damage and kinda what to see some bring back the old 1 up build and use something else besides that tracking grenade
You can get the anoints, while iron cub is active gain 100% gun damage, or while action skill is active gain 200% gun damage is my favorite
Gearbox can nerf whatever they want, but no one can nerf Joltzdude.
You should do a new bullet storm build with the purple tree being introduced and the new dlc. I can see some variation between builds
you can use also the sappermod for this built but also the flipper is still a valid choice
This build basically turns Borderlands 3 into Call of Duty with that time to kill lmao
Now that's a build that can effectively burst down Psycho boss without some tediore involved.
Fire railgun IB build does that tbh, even without proper class mod.

try pair this build if complex root for a quick nuke on the map. The only downside is you'll nuke everything down, including yourself xPP

Heyyy I didn’t know where else too post this besides here. For those on ps5 make sure when you download bl3 too hit the “...” too select the ps5 version otherwise you’ll download the ps4 version and won’t have 4k60 in single player mode. Lucky enough I felt the difference and checked.

I would like to see you to try your best to make some hybrid builds such as bullet storm splash moze (bottomless splash Moze) or radiation deputy FL4K (radiated deputy FL4K) It maybe a pain but frick if your able to make it destroy it destroys
My iron bear is never on cooldown I can just have it up whenever so this build doesn't really do much for my playstyle but seems good for like a pure mind sweeper iron cub build

@@Kinnikinnick *fixed. The pipe bomb, while hilariously powerful, was actually bugged. All they did was fix it sadly

not too sure for boogeyman, but since I don't have a consecutive hit plasma coil I'm still using my consecutive hit flipper, and it still does really well. coil is still insane, but the flipper can keep up, imo. Also have yet to get the grenade, so I'm just using a matching element hex, and it does quite well too.
I'd try a Monarch in place of the Boogeyman.
Of course its moze, luckily she is my favorite :)

Got a few questions about Moze.
Does the grenade anoint when Auto Bear takes damage has a chance to spawn a grenade work on iron cub?
Same with Auto Bear active gain bonus fire damage?
Will grenades and shields get new anointments later?
With iron cub it does, autobear not too sure
So I'm guessing iron bear falls off at the end? I'm playing through my first time at level 20 and iron bear is amazing...
Isn't the recuring clonig HEX grenade better ? More chance to crit but less splash ? Is it the reason ?

Wouldn't the Infernal Wish be better, in terms of Damage, due to it launching 1 more Projectile every time the gun goes off?
Getting a CMT at level 1 seems legitimately impossible. Vending machines only spawn Hyperion and Vladof grenades at level 1. Atlas grenades don't seem to spawn in vending machines at all until around level 10. I think each level has a Gear Score cap on what can spawn, because I've noticed while farming that some grenade variants completely disappear from the pool depending on your level.
I know this is anecdotal, but the chances of having 250 vending machine rolls in a row give only Vladof and Hyperion grenades would be lower than Dream's speedrun luck, so something is going on.
You join a friend with loot on the floor from a boss kill, you don’t gain xp and get to see late game loot at your level (with cooperation). That being said, it’s so rare that it’d take an incredible number of attempts.
Or if you join your friend in coop after they get the CMT, you join and you can get it at level 1

Yea there’s always little things that you tubers don’t mention that actually puts the build over the top. With that being said, these weapons with the right skill tree setup (like this here) can still do m10 no problem

just have to go on a friends game while they're m10 with a fresh level 1, then farm the vendor for one. not sure if that's exactly what he meant, but that's what I'm guessing.

Hey jolt. I think you can start arms race with a mission gun. I know I quit at the top of arms race and when I reloaded I had the blue flame shotgun which is a mission gun when you’re meant to have nothing.
Can the skills trees points be reassigned after reaching level 72? If they can be re-assigned, then how can you do it? Could you do a how to video on this?
Go to the machine where you change your appearance and go down to respec at the bottom

Same goes for me I hit headshot and crits like crazy but my ammo doesn't regenerate like in the video.
Moze with Boogeyman is literraly "haha Moze go BRRRR" (but not as fast some Assault rifles)
