Hanalani Schools Summer Program - DISCOVER KOREA Class makes Kimbap (Korean Sushi Rolls)

Dr. Yeo made delicious kimbap (Korean sushi roll) in her DISCOVER KOREA Class! In Korea, it is called yachae kimbap, which means vegetable kimbap. Students received a hands-on experience as they rolled their own kimbap.
They developed their culinary skills and CULTURAL COMPETENCE, the Hanalani Way!
