I love how raw this video was. I definitely need to buy some pedi stuff. My feet have been neglected lately. Something about taking care of your feet feels so relaxing. Scrubbing off all the crust, pushing/trimming the cuticle, and rubbing your baby soft feet against the comforter is top notch .The feeling is right up there with taking a long shower when you exfoliate, shave, wash/condition your hair, and do a face mask. Then crawl into bed on some freshly washed sheets. You have the prettiest finger nails. I wish my nails could grow that long and healthy. I have the worst genetics when it comes to my finger nails. I have no problem growing my hair on my head towards my butt/past it but my fingernails are another story. I guess we can’t have it all🤣
Sliding across fresh sheets with fresh skin is definitely top tier! my nails used to break ALL the time believe it or not, but after massaging oil into them everyday as a “challenge” it kept them so hydrated they never broke. So i maintained a ton of length way beyond what i have now cause i cut them frequently. you should try it!

Whyyyyy is it so impossible to get a pedicure of this caliber at a salon?? Cause I would hurt myself something serious if I tried this but I NEED
because time is money so when a business cares more about profit than people, they pay less attention to detail and more attention to how long youre taking up space in their chair.
I’ve honestly heard that Russian manicurists’ methods pay more attention to the prep work like this… maybe see if you can find one in your area!

As a trucker this video is gold. I do not have KT but just the neglect to my feet...and my toes get the brunt of it always being jn my work boots or tennis shoes... sigh... out of sight out of mind. But then I go home and wanna wear sandals and look: Crusty McCrustersons for feet. Going to a salon is not always the answer because after weeks of neglect they just... They're just for maintaining pretty feet they don't restore them the way you're doing here. This is showing me the tools I can put on this truck to maintain my feet. Oh, and you a BADDIE with that razor chile!!! My scary self is gonna stick to the rasp and electric files.

I was teetering between fear that there would be blood😱 and satisfaction that the dead skin was going away🤩. One thing I will not be doing is shaving off the callouses with the blade tool. I will stick to a file no matter how long it takes. By the end I you inspired me to do a pedicure; your toes looked beautiful🥰

Hi Ariané! What are you using at 8:27 to buff the skin next to the side of the nail? I can never get a smooth finish when I trim the cuticles around this area so I always get snags a couple of days after a pedicure.
there i actually used a sponge file on the corner of that nail, so theres just dust on my skin, but u can use it on the skin as well. your nail file is ok to use too; something kinda fine like 180 or 220 grit.

gahleee the skin kept coming and coming 😭😭 i was gifted a pack of foot wraps from amazon that do this chemically, they had my feet peeling all flaky for days then revealed baby smooth skin, basically a chemical peel lol
i tried a few during the pandemic and they worked, but dont remove as many layers as i need them too 😩 wish they did cause then i could save my back lol
this was so satysfying, could watch hours of this

I'm addicted to your pedi/mani videos. I just purchased your suggested. # 20 file, tweezerman mini kit and the ingrown nail tool to complete my basic tools. I just need a few more things i.e. the name of your cuticle nail softener and your mineral exfoliator. Please tell me how much Apple cider vinegar should I use in my foot bath?
I get compliments on my feet, but Once the polish is removed you can see that my nails are dark and sometimes there is a white ash on top of my nail on the big toe, which buffs out (I think it's from shoe friction). What do you think? I'm 72 years old and dark skin.

a 1/2 cup vinegar is enough for your soak but feel free to use however much u want.
The white marks are probably just dehydration... especially since youre seeing it after removing polish cause the acetone in the remover is really drying. honestly its also common with age/experience so nothing to worry about if it buffs away. a nice oiling after your soak will help

I hate getting salon pedicures. I take super good care of my feet and I don't need all that soaking and scrubbing, especially the calf scrub - OW! I prefer to trim and file my own nails too. The ONLY thing that is difficult for me is putting on polish. My glasses are too strong for anything but reading and I can't see my toenails clearly from 3 feet away. Any suggestions?

cuticle softener. u can get it at most beauty supply stores or you can just soak your feet in warm water 10-15 mins before.

I have keratosis pilaris on my arms and I had no idea it was the cause of calluses on my feet also. I just thought it was normal

its by a brand called Cuore. unfortunately the online store i purchased it from no longer sells it, but honestly soaking in water will do the same thing. adding some epsom salt would also be great.

most peoples trigger seem to be stress or boredom. once you find the trigger, u can find an alternative activity/habit to break the cycle.
