No, I am no Japanese. But I am really interested in Tokyo expressway. The reason why choose Shibuya is that kanji Shibuya渋谷 is easier to make in Lego comparing with other place such as shinjuku新宿 shiodome汐留. Also my next modular building would be a Shibuya109 style fashion shop.
