If you start a corporation, it doesnt mean that there must be several people to own it. You can be the president and secretary at the same time. You can also be the the stockholder with 100% interest on it. Me and my wife’s own a corporation which the dental clinic we own it 100% and we file tax separately as if the corporation (dental Clinic) is an individual entity. The corp pays salary to us as if we are employee of the corp which we are. Dapat tinanong ng senators kung how much yung interest ni Roque. 100% ba o 50% kung may kahati, sino?

The property in Benguet was not named to Harry Roque because that was acquired when he was still a spokesperson during Duterte's administration. This was done simply to shield himself from any corruptuon issues this property might create against him in the future. It was listed under a certain corporation which he, his wife and his staff are also stockholders. A very smart move from him. And now that he is no longer connected to the current administration, he is now saying he has a plan to buy this corporation to make this property legally his. What a very clever idea.
