I would love to see a panettone and I will definitely purchase your class on teachable in the near future, I’m open to any type of new knowledge so everything you post here is most appreciated and anticipated! Hello, we tested the recipe last night and enjoyed it. The pastry is delicious. I just didn't roll it out thin enough for a traditional tarte flambée, but it was delicious.

I am currently drafting out my video ideas for the rest of the year (currently editing caramelized onion gouda and herb sourdough, multigrain sourdough and how to store starter on vacation) is there any particular bread or topic you'd like to see covered?

Thanks for the great instructions and background d on the dish. When I download the dough calculator for Tarte Flambee, I see that the file is only an image file (…xls.png). Is there another link to the actual xls version?
