Great video but this is a very fiddly job! Got there in the end, going carefully, but took over three hours. Getting the buttons off was difficult because the glue doesn’t really soften much even with heat and you are likely to damage the finish round the edges. Refitting them is also difficult because you have to dig out enough of the glue to get them to seat properly. When you see what’s inside they seem insanely expensive at about £280. I’d try one of the cheap lookalikes at about a quarter the price.
Before reassembling you should remove all dust, hair etc. and clean the metal filter underneath the filter cover. I found a water flosser worked very well for this.
Super video! Thanks so much! I really appreciate your effort because it helped me!
Best most informative and great visiblity video i have seen yet and i have searched many. Ive used this blow dryer for 5 years.
I have the dreaded 3 red lights / overhating flashing when set to power level 3 and heat level 3 (level 3 + 3 only).... i tried to do some light cleaning and disassembling the base of the base + filter but still doing it. I think i'll have it serviced. been running every day for 2 years, drying the dog, family, etc.
Thank you
What kind of glue did you use for the buttons?
Thank you so much
Can you include or list all of tools and their sizes required plz n ty
I don't know why, but there is no adapter for EU or Asia. But the us version depends on the adapter. I think the motor is 220-240v, but it seems to be down only in us. Is it possible to use 110v in 220v if I replace the wire?
have you found an answer to your question ? I have the same issue.
