Invest that money and you can help others after you fullfilled every dream you have (house, cars etc). Cashflow should be around 1-3 million a month.

@@Dom21221 The thing about those super yachts is that they have multiple uses. The owners can have them out for charter when they don't wish to use them. When they do wish to use them it gives them a safe place to relax with a place for their entourage because they will have security and personal secretary and maybe their own chef that travels with them. In addition there will be whatever guests they want to bring along.
It's a lot of people and would be hard to do if they wanted to head out to some resort location with travel and reservations. So it's easier just to put everyone on a movable water based home.
That said it's a lot of money and hard for me to justify but then I don't have billions in the bank.
I just can't stop watching Jacob and Michael videos, please do more.

Jacob makes watches that are attractive to practically all watch collectors especially wealthy ones and he has connections with customers who will happily pre order any day of the week. Peter Marco is a legend lmfao, but sorry there’s no way he’s on Jacobs level he’ll even look at their work place. Jacob owns a multi story building that is stunning. Peter Marco has a front store (meaning sure you can walk around, but you can’t for example walk 30 ft forward once you’re in). Jacobs property EASILY is more than 6x the price Peter paid for his store on Beverly Hills, which as I’m sure you know is no cheap penny. Both people are legends lmao, but if anything Jacob watches Peter Marco videos and thinks his collection is cute as Jacob could more than likely do a flood purchase on that store and be chilling as more people purchase his watches. He also doesn’t have to just sell astronomias either to make a significant profit simply selling 4-5 typical watches a day could easily generate over $100k in profit daily. Diamonds doesn't have a set price unlike gold. It is subject to what someone wants to pay for it. They may ask for that price but o am sure you can get a discount. Especially by the look and size of these diamonds, they are lab grown.

Every price is subjective to someone smart put a price tag on it or decided that it woll hold that property. Therefore, if you have a rare diamond that means the demand for it will be high. Due to its unavailability in great amounts, people will pay whatever the sellers asks.

For those who don't know about gemstone valuing: D means that the diamond literally has no colour to it. Completely colourless. And Flawless means there are literally no inclusions under 20x magnification. If a diamond has just one of these it is extremely valuable. A diamond having both is almost unheard of.
