Moisture contamination caused delayed excessive expansion and deterioration of the physical properties. Therefore, on wisdom teeth when it is difficult to control moisture we use zinc-free amalgam
Carbide burs are manufactured by threading (بالمخرطة)
and made of tungsten carbide, a very hard and durable material.
Diamond points are made of natural or synthetic diamonds (ألماس صناعي أو طبيعي), which are the hardest known substance on Earth.
Carbide burs have sharp blades that slice through tooth enamel and dentin.
Diamond points have a rough surface that grinds away tooth material.
Carbide burs create a smoother surface than rough diamond points.
Done ✅ 🌼
