Sir, tbh Vada Pav simpleach changla lagto. Adding mayo, cheese, or anything else to the Vada Pav.... ajebaat maja yaet nahi... Garam Vada Pav goes best with Hirvi Mirchi and only chutneys nothing else... I mean nothing.

Being a Mumbaikar, it feels that most of the food whether in restaurants or on the street is unnecessarily loaded with cheese/mayo. Though it tastes good unfortunately it is the cause of most of the cardio related problems youth is facing. I would still enjoy a palette which is true to our culture .
A vada pav is capable of carrying all the flavours on its own and doesn't need any accompaniment. Like wise sev puri or dosa. What the hell is Manchurian dosa. Our food is evolving but in the wrong direction.
I remember in one of the episodes Kunal echoed the same thought. But it is always good to see what all things are on offer or what do people like to eat these days.

Nothing can beat the humble original vada-pao without cheese n all. Naacheese ko asli vada-pao bolte hain.
I really don't like momos but tanduri momo is interesting, should try sometimes. Hope the idea if applied by some one for chicken momos.

Kunal, I would never eat any of these stuff. They neither look appealing nor do the combination of ingredients make any sense. I will ignore the hygiene part for now. I think food deserves more respect and so does our bodies.
With due respect, Vada pav is only worth eating in its original way ie Vada, pav and chutney. All other combinations, variations etc are insult to Vada pav.
