There is always something new in your Videos thanx for that. As you mentioned flat tires I have seen your video explaining how to fix that. But I am not at that point yet my Problem is, Im not getting the rear wheel outf may brand-new GSD s00. I unscrewed both sides of the axis but the wheell didn't move a bit. A HowTo Video would be helpful- I'd like to fix a flat tire in my one. Best Regards Volker

Hello, Tern should make an owner video of repairing a flat with nviolo/roloff/shimano. on the gen2 it seams like its more complicated than on gen1. thx

hi, I have a paint chip on my tern GSD s10lx blue-grey colour. Any tips on fixing the chip (touch-up paint, paint code, nail polish?) ?
My kickstand lock has not worked from the day I bought it. So, I've called and set an appointment to take it back in. I'd appreciate it if you made a video on how to fix it though.

I honestly wouldn't use any battery bike for this purpose
