It's easy to have a low crime rate when nothing is reported as a crime.
They have 40 million people there. Wyoming has a higher crime rate, and there are only about 5 people living in the whole state because they all escaped.

Newsome is only talking about San Francisco crime but he is not talking about L.A. of Fresno he is only talking about the city that's next to where he lives but there is a murder every day at least
