Ive always loved sad songs. No one get me or why i like them so much. They keep asking me why i like sad songs so much better than the happy ones and truth is its because i relate to them more. Ive dated two people in the 14 years ive been alive and i wasnt with them long enough to love them so i cant relate to all the happy songs people sing about love and family. I can relate to the sad ones. Because ive dealt with pain. Ive dealt with heartbreak. Ive gone through breakups. Ive dealt with a crappy life and crappy people. And ive dealt with death. Music is my first language. it would make no sense to talk about science to an english teacher. This is just like that. You would talk to the english teacher about things like the history behind it and different literary devices and stuff. You wanna talk to them about things they know and relate to. Music is just like that for me. I wanna listen to things ive gone through. Things ive felt.
