How to do real work and get more done?

Have you ever attended a useless meeting? Have you found yourself just doing useless things? How do you reduce useless work and focus on what matters?

i like the other area, im trying to think of something similar for business process to, like an unsorted area that allows you to be task oriented, get things done and worry about defining/identifying the process after. just put it in other so you know it exists and produces and output, you just dont know how it fits to the overall process architecture
