be careful when climbing your jet ski, my leg slipped the other day when I wanted to climb my SeaDoo and I shattered my shin on the sharp edge.

I could only ski at a bay where I am at but the thalasophobia I have makes it hard for me to go buck wild and it sucks. But all in all, it is really thrilling to be on one of those things. When I finally went over 80 mph I was in a new world of dopamine.

For real I don’t understand why boaters hate jet skiers. Like they will drive these big ass boats going fast and getting in everyone’s way but when I go anywhere near a boater on my waverunner they flip the crap out

Next 3 days I will pickup my first JetSki, its a 2020 Kawasaki 310x, I'm beginner on jet ski but I owner of Yamaha Jet boat for last 3 years. I'm nervous but I know I'll fall a lot times on my first ride. thanks !!

Went jet skiing for 45 minutes today it's a great experience loved it I now want to buy my own got upto 75kmph on it.

Good video !! Question, with the IBR, I understand it works in a similar manner to a reverse thruster on a jet engine (in a way), so does this mean you will brake faster with IBR if you squeeze the left trigger whilst the right is still squeezed? I.e. the right generating forward thrust, and the left helping to guide that thrust in the opposite direction?

"You're most likely a beginner if you're watching this video" I've never even touched a jetski im in the negatives of experience but I do ride motorcycles and have really good balance. I've actually never really hit the ground on a motorcycle unless I'm at the woods in really soft sand but even then its rare that I do
I love driving a jetsky but only alone because when I'm passenger it is so painful and I only enjoy driving with the waves not against them it just gives such bad impacts on my neck

I literally did not watch any videos about riding a jet ski I just went for it my highest was 50 mph and that was when I was riding a jet ski for my first time and the worst thing was the water was cold and I was going 50 mph trying to do a 90 degree turn that ending out me falling off the jet ski but it did not stop me at all
First time on a Jetski yesterday and I tried to turn with barely any gas as a wave from a bigger boat was on its way towards me and flipped me and my dad into the water with both of our phones in his pocket 😭

How do you go idle speed with a high end jetski? I’m near a lagoon and I have to go slow before going into the bay.

I have a jet ski question.... I rode on a jet ski in the ocean for the first time last week. Wich was scary AF. That night I was driving my vehicle on the highway and it felt like I was driving on jet ski still and it was scaring me because I had to keep slowing down because I know my mind and body was playing tricks with me and I can't Google anything to find out what that feeling was .... Can any one help me out?

I'm looking at a 2021 Yamaha VX. It has the "NanoCell" hull. How strong are hulls (in general)? I'm new to the "jet ski" world. If I'm in the ocean and I run over a piece of driftwood, is it going to crack the hull? I'm also curious about longeviity. I live near the ocean. So I would primarily use it in salt water (although we go to a couple lakes/rivers each year also). Is salt water maintenance just flushing it out with a hose? Will ANY salt water riding (even with flushing) reduce the life? Thanks!
Hulls are extremely tough it would take a good hit to crack any hull, I only ride in salt water as we don’t have any lakes and it’s a simple flush after a ride and then keep up with the recommended maintenance services and you will be fine, too see how easy it is to flush check out my video on after ride care.

It’s more about how many hours you ride rather than years. Each ski is different and depends on the wear and tear but you will get value for your $$$
i cant swim so do i need to wear a life jacket while jet skiing? Also can I control the speed or stop the jet ski by a button? Wish u answer

3:15 I was on Gran Canaria for the summer of 2021 and it was the first time that i was going to jetski. I was on my own jetski open on sea and i was pulling the trigger down everytime until i fall on my head and was out for a few seconds.

Sounds like you didnt read the waves good enough. They will mess you up if you dont know how to hit a wave or ride over one. All about experience

In different country’s your need a license to drive a boat a car a motorcycle a semi semi truck so it’s basically the Same anywhere you go I think
Went Jet sking on Cyprus meditterian sea as a beginner, awesome experience and had a fast jet ski... Max speed I think 80 kph, waves were decent but it was harder to drive at max speed with waves. Went well but I saw someone fall with jetski... :/

When you turn, it should accelerate automatically for you. Maybe that is what people assume, which is logical. I see the problem on the manufacturer's side on this one.
Maybe suggest a life jacket as well if explaining the very basics

Practice swimming with the life jacket on first and you should be fine, most likely you won’t fall in anyway
