It was not the cheapest price I got booking 5 month in advance, nor the closest to the activities and restaurants I want to try. Chose it on other ratings on websites and what they offer. Wonder if I chose right as many of the hotels offered just as much. Criteria:

I'm not that fond of donair sauce either, but for an awesome donair, go to Euro Pizza above the Armdale Rotary on the St Margaret's Bay Road and order it with tzatziki sauce instead of donair sauce. The garlic goes way better with the spiced meat. Best donair around. Nick the owner makes his own tzatziki and pita in-house, and was responsible for bringing donairs to Halifax.

In the last few years, there have been so many restaurants come and go, and I've worked at a few Halifax restaurants in my day, so I really understand how there's so much foodie culture here. We are coming to Halifax the end of Sept for a weekend. I cannot wait and this is a cool video. As an American, I can honestly say the food I have had in Canada is just as good as Europe. QC has an amqazing food scene and Toronto has the best india, sushi amd chinese I have ever had

The font is just the Halifax logo used by the city. In terms of what to do well the waterfront should be more up and running in April so that is super cool. If you like nightlife than I suggest doing a little bar tour to the lower deck, dirty nellys and many more as well. :)

The guacamole looked that good. I’ll find a new spot for The Bicycle thief. Funny I am from Ontario and came here tried the donair and thought it was awful and horrible sauce they tried to give it to me for pizza also and I was like No thanks! Ill make my own garlic dip.

Donair and Döner are two different things. :p Döners are delicious and donairs are only found in Halifax and they taste aweful if you ask me! 🤣
