3v's don't get a lot of love nowadays due to the 5.0, but it's a great platform with a lot to offer especially when the engine is built it for boost. Very simple set up and design on those years and light too!

67mm On3 Performance Turbo @ 8lbs boost. I bought the kit and had it professionally installed by Gearhead Automotive and Customz. There were a bunch of changes done to the kit, too many to list. Overall fitment was OK, this is a Tuner Kit.

The exhaust sound is so beefy and loud, even when it's not in boost. That's pretty uncommon since turbo cars often sound muffled and bland, besides the open wastegate(s). Your car is the best of both worlds lol, it has the exhaust note like a supercharged Stang, then the turbo spools and makes power and sounds even sweeter!
Make sure that you do not get the 70mm turbo, get the upgraded 67mm ball bearing unit. You will need a boost-a-pump or upgraded fuel pump, colder spark plugs, a MAF, intake, and bigger injectors. This is a tuner kit that they sell, not a complete kit. I have had not a single issue with the setup.

Besides your Pypes muffler deletes, are you running anything else? Off-road H? Off-road X? High flow cats? That thing sounds too beefy to be just muffler deletes. Sounds amazing.
I sold this car last summer, beat the tar out of it for 11 years, never hurt the stock tranny or the stock rods. I had zero issues with the turbo, bottom end, or transmission.

well the mileage was used to run out all the 87 octane some one had left in the tank for us. that was full! so run that fuel out, fill up with 93, and repeat so no 87 would be in the car during this process. trust me the pistons and rods thank you! plus doing 130 plus on the dyno does add some miles too! but glad you like the outcome regardless. enojy
How much hp did u dyno at? I have a 2010 with the hellion kit. I made 526 whp at 18psi on my 61mm (built motor) im picking it up saturday from the shop with the 76mm swapped in and tuned. Ill post a video this weekend :)

It starts making boost around 2k RPM, then keeps climbing until you hit the rev limiter @ 6750RPM
