ingredients I used...
Corn flour 2 spoons
water 1 and a half cup
icecream as per your choice
Basil seeds 1 spoon
Mulberry syrup homemade / rooh afzah
Mango 1 medium sized
ice water for making transparent crystals
sugar as per your convenience (Optional ) prepared it without sugar
Preparation ...Put corn flour in a cup with little water and shake well ,Add it in a water taken in karhai ,stirr continuously till you get a smooth batter ,cool it and put it in a fritter machin,take ice water in another karhai and press the machine to get transparent noodle crystals ,take a glass dip it in Mango puree and sugar powder, put Mulberry juice in it then make layers of Mango puree,soaked basil seeds ,Mango pieces ,Mulberry puree and so on and last put few icecream spoons and garnish with Mulberry puree, Serve cold
