@@ROSE-by5su I mean yes and no. You would still hate crashing. Nobody wants to crash. You might not feel as bad about crashing but its still going to hurt and possibly leave you permanently injured. nobody wants to get injured.
@@dblevins343 I mean if you crash it means you are not that good enough because you made mistakes like picking lines or techniques.It’s also have perks on being pro like if you crash your bike the mechanics are there to change parts and you have free parts than having you own money on racing like it bothers you to much on crashing and ending up playing safe because you just can’t go for it than a pro they just send it

Watching this video makes me fear using clipless pedals even more.
I ride both, flats for enduro, and clipless for DH, because I feel more the need to be at one with the bike in DH, and let me tell you that never in my life have I found myself hanging onto the bike after a crash.
I've always ridden clipless. Tried flats once and hated it. I've had plenty of bad crashes over the years and not once have either of my shoes stayed clipped in.

I where in many similar situations like these racers since autumn started, while mostly at lower speeds, I was nearly always able to just let go off my bike or jump off to prevent the worst due to flat pedals.
The fact alone that unclipping requires an additional split second can easily decide upon crashing or a safe especially at higher speeds, no matter how fast you can unclip when not having to worry about breaking a bone or two.
