Also, since you mentioned the empanada again- if you haven’t tried chorizo and potato tacos or burritos, you’re missing out! With a little melted Monterey Jack too? 🔥 finding a good chorizo is hard (I’m a picky Mexican), but I would love to try that empanada!
Next year I will be going to the Festival of the ARTS for the first time. This year I am going in April for my birthday, I have not been there in ten years so a lot has changed.
