    Over the last decade, the car market has evolved and replaced specific car segments: customers have shown that they appreciate more the adventure soul of cars, instead of the daily one characterized by commuting and errands. Opel has taken the situation in hand, replacing the Meriva with the Crossland, but maintaining all the practical features that have given it the deserved success. After the launch of the Crossland X in 2017, Opel renews the model in 2020 by eliminating the X of its name and making it aesthetically more aggressive, less bourgeois. The dimensions have remained unchanged, 4.21 meters long by 1.76 meters wide and 1.61 meters high, with lines that are still soft but now characterized by some nastier details. The new Vizor front of the house combines the headlights with a glossy black band, using Opel's Ecoled technology: brighter than simple halogens but with an energy saving of 81%, with obvious benefits in terms of CO2 reduction. The optional White Jade paint of our configuration allows many details of the new Crossland to stand out more clearly, such as the concave rib on the side but above all the revised front bumper with two “mouths” at the ends. The wheels of the tested version are the 16 "in alloy, standard for the Elegance trim level, while important on the white are the plastic protections of the lower part of the body, a true feature of the crossovers. Interesting is the stylistic element of the rear light lash in black, which divides the roof from the belt line, hiding the C-pillar and making everything suspended and visually lightened, also thanks to a chrome wave. Finally, the Crossland-branded tailgate conceals a 410-liter trunk with a high and deep load threshold: once the step is exceeded, there is really a lot of space available, with all the practicality of a car like this also thanks to the lower 60:40 configuration that allows you to reach a large surface, with a capacity of 1255 liters. Compared to the Crossland X, this 2021 generation internally does not change at all, and for once ... Better! In fact, the passenger compartment maintains a fair compromise between rationality and completeness of equipment: in a nutshell, there is everything you need, and everything is in its place. The dashboard with a wave shape and soft touch plastics meets, in the center, a gray painted surface and set in a U, between the two-zone climate vents, the 8 ”infotainment with Intellilink operating system. Below, instead, the physical climate controls, super practical with three rotors, and a deep well to recharge the smartphone wirelessly. The Sparkle fabric and vinyl seats are enveloping at the right point and contain the body well in the curves, plus they are aesthetically elegant like this Elegance trim. But beyond the look, the feature we liked the most is the practicality. The compact external dimensions suggest a classic padded crossover. Inside, however, the Crossland really makes you stay wide. An airy cabin that confirms its excellent daily use. The front and side visibility is excellent, and for once we can change register: you can also see well behind! One last detail that, for us, must never be missing in a self-respecting car: the central armrest, standard on the Elegance. Access to the rear area is convenient thanks to the correspondence between the line of the door and the backrest of the sofa, the latter is flat and together with the slightly pronounced central tunnel allows travel comfort even for three passengers at the same time. The materials chosen for the rear upholstery are the same already seen on the front, with plenty of room for movement for legs, arms and head also thanks to the Crossland's 2.60 meter wheelbase. The Crossland of our test is equipped with the Multimedia Navi Pro: the 8 ”touch Intellilink infotainment system boasts the navigator, in addition to the classic connectivity features via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. In the cockpit in front of the gear lever in addition to the platform for induction charging there is a 12V and two USB-A sockets.

      @@AOLGIGIL allora ho capito perché il nostro è diverso, questo è il navi pro che va pagato di più all'ordine, ma poco cambia anche perché per Android auto bisogna sempre collegare con il cavo...ed ecco che ti svelo un segreto, non per forza deve essere quello originale, io ho anche un caricatore veloce, sia cavo che presa, e che credi va con quel cavo comprato dai rivenditori...infatti nemmeno a me funziona con quello originale, quindi prova a cambiarlo con uno a carica veloce 😉👍🏾
