Its tough playing to a virtually empty arena and many of these qualifiers seem to be in enclosed cubicles with no-one to watch. But I saw Jimmy win the Seniors World Championship recently. The audience loved it. He can still produce some amazing long pots and perfect positional plays on a good day, but not every match. He should have won this match 5-3 but he won't stop going for long pots as it's in his nature. He has always struck down on the ball very low, its his style. I wish however he would change a little and play tactical when his potting is off as his opponents, at this level could easily give him the opportunity to clear up. He should play as long as he wants to and enjoys it. He is and always will be 'the peoples player' so congratulations Jimmy, World Champion.
Yeah alot of negative comments about jimmy just because he does what he loves , gotta love living in 2020 where everyone is so perfect behind a keyboard 🙄.
I’m the biggest jimmy fan out there but he is playing old mans snooker I’m afraid !! He has got to go in the pack early when he has opportunities ! Plus he’s missing far too much ! Love ya jimmy but your not the player you was ! Call time now
I agree he has no real chance of winning so don't know why he doesn't play more attacking and just try enjoy it a bit more,at his best he was not far from the most talented player ever.
