In this video, I recreate my version of the Rodarte dress that retails for $2600 and I made it sustainably! I used second hand, dead stick fabric to create this dress and I'm so happy with how it turned out. Make sure you subscribe to my channel so you don't miss any of my tutorials!

Rayon is the perfect option, I think it is better than silk (or polyester) chiffon, because it feels very light and breathable, like natural fibers, but does not need extra special care as silk dress does. One of my favorite summer fabrics for a casual dress with a feeling of special occasion.

How to learn pattern making? watching from PH
I mostly figure out my patterns through trial and error! I used free patterns available online and the modify them. And I almost always make a mock up first to make sure everything fits nicely! 😊
