One of my favorite desk upgrades was switching to using a large, single monitor with a built-in KVM switch. With a connected USB hub I can easily switch between my work/home PC even with a ton of USB peripherals connected

Logitech keyboard? Yuck. $180 monitor light bar? Pass. $200 cable management box? Insane. Desk mat that only comes in 3 shades of grey? Boring.

I gotta agree with you lol. I always found light bars to be super extra. I feel like its just a flex to have but honestly its such a luxury optional item that any lighting would do just fine. $200 cable management box is a hard pass. I rather just use velcro ties and spend that $200 on a nice mechanical keyboard

@@enda19agree with everything else than the lightbar. it makes using the compiter way different and feels way better.

@@enda19 The light bar never made sense to me. Room lighting or desk lighting is more than enough, not to mention that the light of the light bar also ruins the graphical perspective of what you see on-screen. And if you're worried about blue light, just turn it off in the Windows settings, or get a monitor with blue light dimming, or if you're really desperate about blue light get spectacles. The light bar is just as useless as trying to extinguish a fire using gasoline...
