Samsung Surround System HT-J5500W

Good Surround System.
I purchased the system from Best buy. I spend $375 plus tax.
System comes with 3 speakers, Subwoofer, and cordless speakers.
Super easy to setup. I was able to setup system in 15 minutes. The Blu-ray player is smart web connection. You will have Netlfix and other common apps loaded.

Can u clarify wich mode is best for surround sound experience..

I can’t get my surround wireless to work. It’s all hooked up but it’s like the modem ain’t receiving anything

It is possible that the laser gets damaged? I have the system, but it is not reading...the technician told me that the laser is broken....
What can I do....please advise

Did you connect the box to your TV with an HDMI wire or wireless please help

The rear speakers are wireless. The rest are not. The main box, (blu-ray) is connected to the TV by hdmi.

It is scheduled to send to technical service and after 7 days they return the repaired equipment.
