- This baby doesnt like any wind. But despite two bad landings at least we have found out where the secret CG is. Its the 2200mAh baterrie all the way to the front. Oh yeah... There will be the second flight but only when there will be no wind. And I wouldnt buy this plane again. Its just not worth the money.

When captain Blasch went down I thought he was going to be a casualty of search and rescue for the plane lol. Forgive the spelling of his name a big hello to my friends from across the seas take care of my friends from North Carolina, USA.

Well when you got the C.G correct...it was OK ,but I believe that the wind was a little to strong for such a light model. I have been flying the Alpha Sabre for several years and have always found it a joy to fly.

This is a true fast jet. The engine is almost strong enough to go vertical. But it glides like a brick. It was a pity the sky was so grey and the wind was so strong. Still, at speed, it flew well. It flew beyond control perimeter. It flew too fast to enjoy. It is a challenge.

Živijo Jernej. Sva nekaj časa sedela na klopi in razmišljala, če bi letela ali ne, pa še mržilo je. Ampak saj veš kaj pravim: kako vemo če leti, če ne probamo ;) Sem vesel, da je ptič preživel in komaj čakam na drugi let. Imam občutek, da bo letel kar v redu. Ampak seveda brez vetra tisti dan. Me pa malo skrbi, ker se pri polnem gasu po cca 20 sekundah motor avtomatsko ugasne. Kot na mikro leteči trdnjavi. Da se ne bi pregrel motor? Kdo ve. Bomo videli, če bomo probali. I too, am an amateur, & my first 4ch plane was a foam F4-U Corsair. It was a cheapo Chinese piece of crap too. The terrible Chinglish instructions didn't tell you anything about C of G either. I laughed because I know what it's like!😅😉

Hey A. We had to test this baby just because there is no good video with the original one. I wanted to do the second flight today but there is thunder storm now here. And we will finally get some rain. Oh yeah... We will film this baby again soon and I think that now with the good CG it would look preety nice in the air. Cheers, Robert

Thanks Bob for very very kind words. Now I dont think that any munufacturer of RC planes will ever contact us to test the new bird because we dont edit anything. What you see is what you get. We have one plane and one chance to make something out of it. And it doesnt matter if it flyies or not. We must try it. Oh yeah... Stay well my friend and see you soon, Robert

Same here in local area. Powered trolley serves dual function of cutting unwanted grass and launching MiG as well! Can't beat it! Best wishes.

This is one sick plane. But I just had to try this famous baby. And you are wright, this is the video of me and Captain Blaž walking through the fields of gold ;) And you wont believe this, 20 minutes after we filmed this the wind stopped completely... I watched this video , as you suggested. The Alfa mig I had was the Mig 15. I don't think (unfortunately) they make it any more. I used a Don's RC wicked motor. These were a very hot motor wind and they worked perfectly on 4 cells. We could get 160+ kph easily and the best part , the plane would take off the grass on its belly. The plane could almost go unlimited vertical. These planes were a completely different from the Mig 21 and in my opinion , an excellent flyer.
Like you said Dave. This baby was flying very well, but with new ESC and on 4S. On three S you see that it just doesnt have power enough... Cheers, Robert
Biggest problem looling for videos is it keeps searching for the automobiles instead of the planes. I cant even find any for sale

You have a lot of guts flying Mig-21 on such high wind conditions. I was looking for that model too, and as you have said, there is no video about it. Thanks to you guys, I won't buy it :)

There will be the second flight with this, its still in one piece and who knows, maybe we will love this plane now that we have found out the perfect CG and I think that the baterrie will alow three minutes of flying time. It was on 78% after this filming. I will wait for the day without wind and we will see if this baby is worth buying. Greetings from Slovenia, Robert

If it flies at all, all is well! However, I think you could probably get a 20 kilo steel ball to fly well, you folks are just really good is all.
I wouldn't have even bought that POS. Everyone said they were shit and not worth the foam they made them with.A flute test home built plane would be better. I like that,where should I throw it,in the ground ,lol.
