- I recently purchased a Thomas Earnshaw... And Boy was I disappointed. Avoid this brand. Nothing but headaches for me again this is my opinion and I am not an expert but from what I've seen. Nothing but poor quality control and a horrible movement.

Holy smokes man, the fact they avoided your emails for 2 weeks is absolutely insane! Good for you on calling them out. I think that the dial looks cool and all but yeah if its doesn't work, what's the point of wearing it. I hope you get your refund or a replacement that is fully functional. Cheers Bill!

Great video Bill, that customer service is very bad. Definitely a red flag. I think they will just pop in it a new Chinese movement, so 250$ is too much.

if it's a jober miota or siekonmvmt maybe it's worth it to you to take it to a good watch repair business who can identify and replace the mvmt? 8 imagine it's something like an nh35 and those can be purchased very cheaply new. I guess it all depends on how much you like it if you want it to be anything other then a paperweight now.

hilariously bad... but at least we know they are a terrible brand. I had arguably a worse experience with RubberB who charge more the $250 for a STRAP..... that they then won't stand by even if they ship you a broken one.
