That is amazing . . . I am working through your book and have to believe my left hand can catch up to my right. I have seen the improvement, I'm still slow slow slow, but I love having something to do with a goal in mind. Thank you for such a great resource for people who want to learn how to drum! I am trying to smile!

Outstanding. Whether you’re drumming on a kit or a practice pad, your technique is flawless at all tempos. Love all your videos. I really like how you incorporate rudiments into the kit. Having played in drum corps in my youth (longer ago than I care to discuss), I can see your drum corps influences come through even in your kit grooves and fills. You are one of 4 drummers I have on my bucket list to see play live some day. I have seen two of them (Neil Peart and Danny Saraphine). Unfortunately the 4th one, Buddy Rich, passed away long before I could see him live. You rank up there with the best. If you ever play anywhere near the Twin Cities in Minnesota, I will definitely complete the list.

Those look like Drum Core sticks. Do you play live with those? I use DC-3s, as I tend to play hard and use Z Customs, very thick, heavy cymbals. The DCs absorb the shock (my hands have gone numb with smaller sticks, which is bad) and never-ever break.

@@Mike-sf5cg if you want to drum on a marching snare i would look for exercises from a drum corps like the blue devils or Santa Clara Vanguard or Carolina Crown. These exercises are mostly training your muscles, doubles and the things you need to pass other exercises. These Corps are playing with a very good technique. So if you playing these exercises on high tempo it will make a lot of fun and train your skill. But if you arent on this level of technique i would start with speed set up 0.5 or 0.75. Then you can practise slower to improve your technique. Emannuele Caplette doenst show the technique and she cant even set up her snare right. she is lifting her arms to get to the snare. YOUR ARMS HAVE TO FALL DOWN. And if she even cant set up a snare she cant explain the other things right. Trust me. Go watch Drumeo for drumset or for snare go search for drum corps stuff
