And as a no sabo kid in America, this group made me feel included in the community. Ritchie Valens and Selena did the same for me!i am not fluent in Spanish but I’m still of Mexican heritage!! U can’t just Cancel US ! I love you Dad!

The town I live in is lonely
I get so lonely till I have to cry
I told my mother I was through
I told her just what I was going to do
If I live one more year
I'm packing my bags, getting away from here
The town I live in is so lonely till I have to cry
But I'm not ashamed to tell you that I cried
Cause I lost my baby, if you see her
Tell her to come on home
I should tell you I loved her
And that I need her now, here by my side
To be my guide, I want to know
If anybody seen my baby?
If you see her, tell her that I love her
Tell her that I was wrong
Tell her to don't make me dream all alone
I lost my baby, ooh, Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh!
I want to know if you seen my baby
If you see her, tell I was wrong
And don't make me dream all alone
Cause I want my baby, if you see her
Tell her I love her
I was a fool; I just didn't know what to do
The town I'm live in is lonely

Born in Compton but Raised in Sacramento, this is my shit!
Although rarely said, during that period we had Motown, Surfer Music, British Rock, Folk Rock, Metal, and soft rock such as S & G or James Taylor but you never hear that there was an E.L.A. sound. At least once a month they'd play at ELAC Auditorium. One stage, the one you are watching, starts dropping and another behind it rises with another band playing. You'd the next band getting louder as their stage rose while the band on stage is still playing but sinking into the basement. Great times.
