Dude so weird to find you randomly here when I've listened to that sublime cover for years just as I've been watching your GoT videos for years, I've always found the end of the one where you predicted one possible end with a lot of the heroes in the Red Keep realizing that to trap the WW with wildfire caches etc they had to sacrifice themselves.. The vocal audio doesn't match the movement and the distances from the microphones, and from 3:36 and out you can see that Marshall isn't really playing the piano-part at all. His right hand is moving at half the speed it should've been. I'm not saying he can't play the piano, or even that he can't play that particular part, I'm just pointing out that he played it differently than it actually was. Anyway, no hate from me, I love this. I support the decision to re-record the audio to make it sound perfect - which would've been really hard, if not impossible, to do live like that. No doubt they are all extremely multi-talented. I am not saying they claim this to be live either or that they are lying to us. I'm just pointing out a fact because it's easy to believe this was done live. Love it though. There.. I should've defended against all forms of negative replies now, right..?

Marshall is indeed playing at half speed from 3:30 or so, cuz that's what the song demands. Watch and listen. The audio wasn't re-recorded as far as I can see. Voices, piano, uke, kick, snare, bass, actions all match to the vid perfectly. Go take a look at some 'behind the scenes' vids of these guys. Some of these single take shots can go up to twenty takes (or more) before they get it right. Maybe you'll get a better appreciation of their dedication to the art form. They wouldn't overdub, they'd just shoot it again.
