I am glad for Tatum even more then our C's he played a total game tonight (he shoots WAY to many 3's when he is awful), as the hater's would of been out in force if they got swept. Not allowing myself to "go there" until we win game 5.

one thing is they lost, but the other is that JT did not show up in the fourth quarters of those games so I thought it was not enough for the highlights

Driving to the basket consistently saps a lot of energy. Even Lebron in his absolute prime couldn't drive too much. It's really draining man. Especially if you're targeted by the defense. Looks good onscreen but hard as hell to pull off consistently. Taking threes opens up the defense.
If you ever get a chance to watch a game in person and up close to one of the baskets, you can see how physical it is.
It’s also taking what the defense gives him. He gets doubled almost every possession and he’s such a good shooter he has the green light we need to draw up more plays for him to attack then just straight off the dribble

Tatum could be the best player in the league but if your team play with egos and don’t play with defensive intensity, you don’t win, simple as that.
I would trade Brown, he is only playing for his Supermax contract at the expense of the team.
Why would I offer 60 million a year to a player who has obvious flaws in his game and who has weak BBIQ and who can’t lead a team with passing and playmaking when Tatum sits down. Many second options like PG13, Siakam have way higher BBIQ and playmaking than him.
With 60 Million you could get players like Haliburton and Myles Turner or Pascal Siakam here to help Tatum, why would I offer that Money to Brown?
Even Lebron, Curry don’t make 60 Million a year. I would only offer that kind of money to the top of the top players in the league like Tatum, Jokic.
