We used steel, stainless steel and aluminum. We expanded the rear wheel, completely reworked the rear suspension, and made a special battery box and many other details. Best Regards!

That is a great build! You guys do a great work restoring those bikes (I've seen your website). From where did you buy the front pulley ? I've been looking for a wide one to fit a 240 conversion. Did you replace the rear rim ? Thank you

@@JohnSmith-yg8jk Hy, no problem modified aluminium rim. It doesn't matter if it's steel or aluminum. It is cut by a lathe and then welded with a specific rotation device.

240. Yes, wider wheel, new wider front sprocket, flange on the back.
To tire is 240, and imposed changes to enter.

Hello, yes this i carburettor model. We built this exhaust system and this good sound, not problem for carburetor. ;)
