Yukari is in that superhero costume because she was acting as that role when Mitsuru came for help and she went without changing back to her regular clothes. :3
Everyone has their own canon but most love in Persona is one-sided whether people really like it or not. Notice how Mitsuru feels when she mentions the MC.
Let's start with the fact that the Protagonist (Minato) was canonically the one she loved. Also, the only one who she could confess about her feelings concerning her mother and dead father, because she could sympathize with him. She was also incredibly jealous of Aigis, who held Minato when he finally passed, and she has no closure over his death. She's conflicted and heartbroken. Then she learns she can possibly bring him back and bring that closure. That's complexity.
Aigis and Yukari both canonically love the P3 MC. For P4, Rise is supposed to be his canon love interest, though unlike the P3 MC we don't really see him return these feelings and instead treats her like everyone else. Which makes him even more of a player.
DEAR GOD im am writhing with excitement but i just couldn't help but laugh at the name of the title at the end but in all seriousness that is probably the greatest fighting game title ever and that picture of aigis suplexing the shit out of yu narukami is just pure gold
I get the vibe that Sho is the antagonist. Just look at him. Also from the looks of things it looks like that with each new Shin Megami Tensei fighter (assuming that they will expand beyond Persona to other spin offs such as Devil Survivor) we will get a brand new character with each one released.
They made blue hair's name "Makoto Yuki" for the movie so "Minato Arisato" was never really his official name. I must say that surprised the hell outta me!
Wasn't Persona 4 Arena an actual sequel to Persona 4? Labrys' story seemed to set up a possible story for Persona 5 quite nicely with the whole "turning Personas back into Shadows" thing.
I Hope there's more of a difference than just 3 new characters cause I just bought arena today so im hoping they at least upgrade the fighting system where its needed and improve things were its needed...

The trailer refers to Space & time being ripped apart - Perhaps time travelling is involved - In Persona Arena, Mitsuru was somehow able to recreate the Dark Hour with an artifact, which makes no sense since Ryoji explained the Dark Hour would vanish and never to return. Hmmm

Nope, it is about the plot of PErsona 3 FES. They need to have a character that goes with the idea of finding a way to revive him or something like that. Unfortunately, Yukari was the most possible one to have that trait considering she love the MC canonically.
haha yeah I think minato may come out after persona 3 the movie or perusona 5 because Minato is pretty popular and pretty tricky for the producers to do his back ground of how HE may comeback to life since they have multiple choices of he will get resurrected....
