Thanks for the great video! A stretch i like for my hands is to hold palm out with fingers towards the ceiling and use my other hand to stretch the fingers towards me. Then rotate your fingers towards the floor and pull them towards me again. It gets the muscles in the hand and up the arm. I'd recommend it if you need a stretch for your hands and forearms.
