I feel that Brian Albert as a seasoned witness told all the Albert's and fellow witnesses to watch and learn how to be deceptive and get away with it. Judge should say, "Overruled" to Lally's objections -- not "I'll allow it." It shouldn't be about her; it should be about the objections. Also -- many of her "sustains" are unjustifiable and should be reported. The judge is tying defendant's lawyer's hands so that she cannot exercise her right to defend herself. The hurt SHOULD. be allowed to see photos. No reason to withhold. Suppresses valuable evidence.

Karen didn’t want to drop him off that night. That’s what caused the fight. Karen, upon arriving to 34 Fairview, didn’t feel comfortable going in since they weren’t formally invited. John wanted to go in. Karen would have nothing of it. She pulled up 10 feet as John tried to exit the truck, preventing him from exiting. She pulls forward another 30 feet as John tried to exit once again. John finally gets out as Karen was driving forward again, this time faster. Karen was irate. She immediately put in reverse and floored it, hitting John in the head as he tried to diving away, backing over him and fracturing his skull and creating the lacerations. John, on his knees, crawls 10 feet into the yard, collapses onto his back. Karen got out to see what she had done and saw the extent of his injuries. She gets back in her car, does a 3-point turn and gets the hell outta dodge. Obviously, she can’t sleep so she tries to sober up for four hours and concocts a plan to call her friends so they can all find him, not just her alone. I hope she gets 30 years. What she has accused the Albert family alone would be worthy of that sentence.
After finding out John had been found on the Alberts lawn why didn’t Miss Nagel go to the police to report she potentially saw his body. Why didn’t anyone (Alberts) encourage her to go to the police? There is so much about her testimony in this regard that makes no sense.
