HOW TO SET UP ALARM
Prior to set up the alarm the time has to be set up. My previous video has the steps on how to set the time. There are three options to set the alarm up. You can set it up as the buzzer, FM station to wake you up or DAB station. However if you live in an area that doesn't have DAB reception you should choose FM or BUZZER. If you have weak DAB reception the alarm may default back to BUZZER. Always have the antenna extended.

SANGEAN DCR-89 DAB/FM Radio is absolutely a great radio. You can save 5 stations on FM and 5 station on DAB. If you save stations you don't need to tune in to your favorite station each time you want to listen to it. You could simply press the appropriate preset button.

If the SANGEAN radio doesn't charge batteries please check if the switch is set to the correct position. If it is set to NMIH still don't charge it may be to do with a faulty adapter or faulty batteries.
