Camaro ZL1 Supercharger Cover mod “Less Heat Soak” it works!

David Wilkes data logged before and after 20 degree lower IATs with sound deadener steel plate removed. Its acting like a heat sink. We removed mine, more whine above 4,000 rpm and it to longer to heat soak on road course. Not a huge difference but it works!

if racing you should look into high airflow filters like the green filter and check out how the rotofab actually turns into a HOT air intake once the cars warm and the numbers start to drop.
