- the past few months ive been (trying) to learn some cannibal corpse songs but holy shit, do i suck at them :p i'll probably/hopefully redo this cover eventually, when my right hand gets more clear and I can use my three fingies better.
but here's my best attempt so far, for an effectless and distortionless, subpar bass cover!
Recorded the video and audio directly from OBS while I just played over the song, using a quarter-inch to USB cable I've got. Very low effort and kinda poo sounding. But ez to make bass covers for me. I then edit the videos on Blender cause its free and also ez. - Hudba

Nice cover! Alex's tone in the song is basically all treble with almost no bass or treble, maybe try using only the neck pickup with tone all the way up?
Thank you! I'll definitely try that. Also sooner than later, hopefully, imma try and get some alex Webster Seymour Duncan pickups for my fivestring. But the next covers, I'll mess around more with the treble and maybe add a lil distortion too :p
@@BoolinBassBen If you like his playing in this song, check out Conquering Dystopia. I really like Kufra at Dusk, and I think Alex plays a five string in the song. It is however an incredibly hard song even by his standards 😅
@lukaswall4611 hecc yee, I need to listen to more conquering dystopia, they come up so often in recommendations and for whatever reason, i haven't dived into their stuff yet.

Ive been trying to learn it too and its a bitch. I need to start using 3 fingers to make it easier. Sounds to me your almost there keep up the amazing covers!
