Grady has ALWAYS been nice to Sophie, and I think that when Grady and Edaline decided to not adopt Sophie it was because Grady wanted to make sure he didn’t spill the secret!
Plus,Grady has ALWAYS been protective of Sophie. ESPECIALLY towards Keefe, why? Because of Keefe’s Mother! He doesn’t want Sophie to get heart broken and/or tricked.
Now what about Edaline and Jolie. Well, I think that after Jolie died, he KNEW that someone had something to do with her death. The Neverseen. So, when he found this chance to kill/hurt the Neverseen (by the Blackswan creating Sophie) he took it!
And I don’t think I’ve EVER heard this theory before, and I think Shannon Messenger would want to make Sophies father someone who we wouldn’t expect like……GRADY!
