Awesome piece! He looks great with the other Wizards too. I’m a fan of The Hobbit so this one is pretty cool. A Dain Ironfoot would be good in this scale too!

nice critical thoughts about the product. generally, I think the paint job is quite lacking for the price in the weta line. and their shipping generally is not very price friendly. my first and last was captain haddock.
Beautiful statue! I always liked Radagast, even it looked kinda weird in the books XD not a fan of the Hobbit movies, but the first one is the one I like the most and I remember Radagast in it. Sorry for the little Sebastian breaking off, I hope you can fix it!
Thanks yeah my favorite is the first movie as well. The Hobbit book as a kid was what introduced me to Tolkien so I'm sort of bias. Thanks for commenting!

I just got mine in but mine didn't come with the removable Sebastian so I sent it back.😊 They send you all the good stuff.
Hey there, so just to be clear, in my video my statue was broken and I actually glue the Sebastian back on. It's not suppose to be removable.
You're not alone with Weta issues, this was actually my 5th thing from Weta that was broken on arrival.

I think Gandalf, Gimli, and Saruman look spot on... but they missed the mark on Radagasts face by quite a bit. Its a shame as the rest of him looks good.
Yeah it's definitely one of the weaker face sculpts from the miniature line but it's still looks good when posed with the other miniatures. I think it's one of those things where the collective makes the individual look better.
I really like Weta's work, I think that his sculptures do not look for a resemblance to the actor, but rather something intermediate between the resemblance and something more left to the interpretation of the character, which I think is very good. On the other hand, I think that Weta's quality control and packaging is a weak point, I think you should make a claim because the figure arrived broken, maybe they will replace it with one in good condition.
Yeah I think Weta found a nice middle ground, given the price they intend to sell these for it's as close as I would expect. I agree their QC could use some work, it's always disappointing to find something broken, though sometimes it could just be careless mail carriers so I try to keep that in mind. @@thecyberhobbit These days I will be receiving Gollum, from the Mini Epics line, I hope it arrives in good condition, it is the first figure I have collected from this line.

Just wondering if you play Guardians of Middle Earth ? Can play as all three wizards there - Radaghast has lovely spells including flocks of birds etc 🍷😏
I do not but I just checked it out and it does seems pretty cool. Is it similar to a Dota or LoL?
@@thecyberhobbit exactly! No one really plays online - on Steam, the DLC characters are gone so you have to unlock them by playing and earning gold - many are just different outfits of an already unlocked character - its good fun !

@@peterparker7293 yeah play private game with 9 other npcs - just select 'private game' and choose your character. With so updates on windows etc, you may need a program to open it through, otherwise the cursor is limited on screen - i'll add it here when i see what its called - free download program. 🍷😏
