Can you please show me how to read the plywell to determine the top position on the cylinder that will be adjusted? And what are the steps, Sir? Should I adjust in order from 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, or can it be done in any sequence? I would appreciate your guidance.

you shuold know what you measured is vv clearance.dial gauge showing distance not degree.your valve clearance also incorrect .actually is 0.35mm.manual is 0.3mm.😊hope you have more 3rd engineer experience. hard study and back again with correct video.

Hello sir tumingin po ako sa vedio niyo confuse lang po kc ako first time ko po kc mag hawak ng generator na kailangan muna gamitan ng dial gauge bago i toppet clearance ask ko lng po kung after muna po masukat kung ilan degree ang BBDC AT ABDC Ska muna po ba siya ita toppet for every cylinder?thank you verymuch sir sa iyong sagot sir

Boss yung 6Dk na valve clearance nag taka ako bat sa timing nang fuel kami naka basi akala ko sa TDC talaga. .

Hello sir, pwede bang mag adjust ng tappet clearance na naka top dead ang piston ng bawat cylinder. Kumbaga close ang intake and exhaust valve bagonmag carry out ng adjustment ng clerance?
Very good question sir..As per manual instruction the proper adjustment of tappet clearance should be at top dead center.. As per video na nai upload ko sir.ginamit ko ang dial gauge kong ilan ang lapat nya bago mag TDC at BBCD at BTDC... Para maiwasan yong impack.. Pero most of all sir.. Mas madali ang feller gauge.. Sa manual kasi sa generator na hawak ko kailangan mo syang sokatin kong tumama parin ba kong ilang drgree sya.. Piro kailangan naka TDC sya sir bago mo sya e tappet... Thank you sir.. @@marineengineerworks Thank you sir. Nagtaka lang din ako kasi nagbase ka sa setting adjustment. Sabagay maybl iba iba tlaga procedure kada D.G maker. Madalas ko kasi ginagawa once nag tatappet clearance gumagamit din ako ng dial gage pero for T-yoke adjustment kung nakalapat ba talaga siya sa tip ng valve spindle 1 & 2. Kasi once hindi nakatama sa t-yoke may possibility may malate siyang mgbukas in matter of small degree. But thank you for the videos that you shared to us. Patuloy. Mo lang yan Sir. your vedio is not correct to check valve clearance .you confused valve timing and valve clearance.

Your video is awful at all. You don't even realize what is showing on dialgauge and you don't quite know markings on flywheel. For 55Deg BBDC, u r showing 55D ABDC. And also the way u understand how dial gauge is used on tappet clearance measurement is wrong. Hope u study more
