I wish more manufacturers would make no-slide class A motorhomes... But not as an entry level... If I could find a mid-tier (22.5" tires, tank heaters, MCD shades, a proper bunk over the cab, theater seats instead of sofa etc) with this layout I would buy it in a heart beat... As a solo traveler this would be perfect, but I can't even consider it because it's entry level and too many cheap components (cup holders/window shades) ... Not all of us want a 35' RV minimum just to get a quality build ... I wish manufacturers would hear and understand that... That's your challenge from Matt ... If you can find me a Class A like this at a mid-tier level with no slides, I will fly down from Canada to buy it from you ... And go 😉

Absolutely love the no slide model! We just purchased a 2022 Gulfstream Conquest 6280LE, 30 ft Class C, with no slide outs and this same basic layout. We love it! Knowing we won't have any problems with the slides going in and out was really important to us.

Hi Matt and Andrea! Want to thank you both as purchased a slightly used (8k miles) 2021 version of this model after watching your review of that year. We paid $78k. Surprised to see Coachman removed the rear ladder on the 2022 & still haven’t added drawers to the kitchen after Andrea’s feedback. We absolutely love our first class a RV. All the best with your new RV and thanks for the entertaining and balanced reviews.

I love this no slides model. With so much road time having room to navigate around the RV and having access to everything is something I greatly miss now that I have slides. Great job Coachman. This is the second RV I have seen you review in recent weeks with no slides and maybe this is an indication the manufacturers realize there is a market for them?

I love the simplicity of no slide outs. The color scheme is very nice and that exterior storage is amazing. Andrea is right about the lack of counter space in the kitchen and those cheap privacy curtains. I didn’t see and outlets by the bed. Did I miss them?

Three things I don’t like are (1) the overhead bunk-as far as I am concerned it could be eliminated (2) those accordion doors-they are useless (3) not a lot of storage space. Three things I like about it are (1) the colors both interior and exterior (2) I like the split bath (3) I could live with the privacy curtains. If I could ask you to slow down just a bit when you are reviewing the motorhomes. To me it just seems like you are flying through the reviews.

@@laurieehmen4301 You can check out my saved Automotive fix repair videos to get an Idea. It’s best to do on older units as there really isn’t a factory option yet, but mark my words there will be a Mini split factory option, 12v is not efficient at all.
Dinosaur technology, just like the propane refrigerators.
More and more are using these full time so there is a need, especially the ones that sell their home, and are traveling in living out of a motorhome now.
Cheapest and best way…only stay and travel where it’s under 80°F at night. Solar and batteries plus air conditioner can get way out of hand and empty out your bank account real quick. Only bare min what you need is best KISS.

FINALLY!! A class A with no slide outs! It even has the bed layout exactly how I like it! There are a few things I saw that I DON'T like however... The power hookup being to where you have to leave that door open... bugs and mice can have access to getting into your RV that way... also didn't like those things exposed on the outside of the RV. If they could change those things it would literally be PERFECT. Hopefully they create more RV's like this one and continue to improve the layout. This is definitely a step in the right direction!

Great video. Five years ago we bought our first RV, a class A Suncruiser 29 RQ, almost the same floor plan, without slides and we loved it, but it was old and terrible to drive. The wife had to have slides so we moved up last year. If I knew of the Coachman I would have went for it new rather than have bought a 2013 Tiffin. I miss the floor plan of the Suncruiser and how simple it was without slides and levelers. That 27 floor plan on the F53 with that CCC is awesome. I bet it will take any hill/mountain with out slowing down. The pass through in the back under the bed is awesome, we had the same and used to pack in with so much stuff that it was hard to move up because we would lose all that space in most newer rigs. I'm surprised it's not one of the top sellers out there.

    Dislike no ladder.
    Dislike the front window shades.
I’d definitely look at this one if I wanted an A. The small size on that drive train should give good power to weight. I could upgrade to hydraulic levelers from aftermarket companies. I’d add more solar and lithium in a compartment below. Upgrade to better shades from MCD. 👍🏼

I'll take this over a class B, but the lack of slides would be tough to deal with if you're uses to the extra space they can provide.

We have a 2021 Coachmen Pursuit 31BH and it is almost identical to this unit but has a full wall slide. We also have the same blue curtains in the front. While I am not a fan, they have not come off the track yet and we have about 7,500 miles on it. We did have to buy a front window cover (reflective shade) because the curtain does not keep the heat out from that huge front window.

Very nice for the price, like the bedroom because of the larger windows, may times bedrooms windows are to small.

Nice unit but no pantry space. I like boondocking and would a little more food storage.

Very nice inside decor. Yes a couple of Bad decisions like the double sink instead of a single and perhaps a countertop extension but this is a very nice coach. My problem is the outrageous pricing. I just checked pricing from 2020 models. $72,995 was the advertised sale price. Pricing is so outrageous that I would never consider a new one. You’re not that far off from a Newmar Baystar sport 27 and there’s no comparison between them. I enjoy your videos and then get disgusted when I hear the pricing which I know is not your pricing. Don’t kill the messenger etc. The market is starting to correct now and hopefully things will become more affordable. Just my two cents worth. Again love your videos and I learn a lot from you. Keep up the fantastic work. Be well and stay safe. Sam in New Hampshire.

I have wanted this RV for the past two years. Couldn’t pull the trigger on it and now I probably never will. Before the RV fad from Covid, inflation, and product availability. This RV, almost the exact same thing just a white interior, and a solar panel on the roof is now almost 50k more. I periodically can’t justify spending that much more on something when this was a 65k-75k RV.

YAY, no slide outs. Hate the curtains and crappy doors. The RV has a good interior layout. With a few after marker modifications I could live in this RV.

The only reason we don't look at this unit is because you'd have to store your food in the bathroom...otherwise I really like this unit for an entry level motorcoach.

Wow…. This is what we used to call a, “butt rubbing” RV. For two to get past each other in the center isle, you turn back to back and do some butt rubbing. Very narrow coach for certain.
